1. Who we are

These terms apply to every order placed through loesie.love. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Age
Our products are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age.
3. Offer and prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT, excluding any shipping costs, which are clearly shown before you confirm your order. We take great care to keep product information and prices accurate. In case of an obvious error (for example a price that is clearly incorrect) we are not obliged to deliver at that price and will contact you.
Offers are valid while stocks last. If a product turns out to be unavailable after your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the full amount paid.
4. Ordering and payment
Your order is final after payment. We accept Bancontact, iDEAL, Visa and Mastercard, among others. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of serious suspicion of abuse or fraud, or an outstanding debt from a previous order.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the European Union. Orders are shipped as soon as possible; the expected delivery time is shown at checkout. Shipping is free from € 45; below that, the shipping cost shown at checkout applies.
All parcels are shipped discreetly: neutral box, neutral sender. No product information appears on your bank statement either.
A delayed delivery does not entitle you to compensation, but if delivery takes longer than 30 days without another term being agreed, you may cancel the order free of charge.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. At Loesie you even get 30 days. The full arrangement can be found in our return policy.
Important: for hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned. This is a legal exception to the right of withdrawal that applies to virtually our entire range.
7. Warranty
All products carry the legal 2-year warranty against conformity defects. Some manufacturers offer an additional warranty of their own; if so, it is stated on the product page. For a warranty claim, e-mail support@loesie.love with your order number and a description (preferably with photos) of the issue.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, incorrect use, poor maintenance or modifications to the product.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of your order, except in case of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damage. Always use products according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
9. Complaints
If you have a complaint, e-mail support@loesie.love. We respond within 5 working days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can turn to the Belgian Consumer Ombudsman Service. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre can assist you.
10. Applicable law
Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes will be brought before the competent court of the judicial district where We Are Knights BV has its registered office, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules for consumers.
