2. What data we collect

When you order: name, delivery and billing address, e-mail address, phone number, order details and payment information (we never see your full card details; payments are handled by our payment provider).

With an account: your login details and order history.

When subscribing to the newsletter: your e-mail address.

When visiting the site: limited technical data via cookies (see our cookie policy).

We deliberately collect no sensitive data. Your purchase history is treated with extra care and is never shared for third-party marketing.

3. What we use your data for

  • Processing and delivering your order (performance of the contract)
  • Customer service and warranty handling
  • Invoicing and legal accounting obligations
  • The newsletter, only if you subscribed (consent, unsubscribe anytime)
  • Anonymous statistics to improve the webshop

We never use your data for automated decision-making and never sell it to third parties.

4. Who we share data with

Only with parties needed to fulfil your order:

  • Our shipping partner (name and address, for delivery; always with a neutral sender)
  • Our payment provider (for payment processing)
  • Our hosting provider (storage of the website and databases, within the EU)
  • Our accountant (legal obligation)

We have data processing agreements with all these parties. We never transfer data outside the EU unless with appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep data

  • Order data and invoices: 7 years (legal accounting obligation)
  • Account data: as long as your account exists; you can have it deleted at any time
  • Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe
  • Analytics data: maximum 14 months

6. Security

The entire website runs over a secure connection (https). Access to customer data is limited to those who need it. Payment data is processed by our certified payment provider and never reaches our servers.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and the right to object to processing or withdraw your consent. E-mail support@loesie.love; we respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
