30 days to change your mind

Not satisfied? You can return your order up to 30 days after delivery, without giving a reason. That is more generous than the legal 14 days.

The key condition: unopened

For hygiene reasons we only accept returns of products whose seal or packaging has not been opened. This is a legal exception to the right of withdrawal (art. VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law) that applies to intimate products such as vibrators, dildos, plugs, lubricants and condoms.

• Sealed and unopened: return is no problem
• Opened or seal broken: return is not possible, even if the product is unused
• Defective product: this falls under warranty, not returns; just e-mail us

How to return

1. E-mail support@loesie.love within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the products you want to return
2. You will receive return instructions and the return address from us
3. Ship the parcel within 14 days of your notification, sufficiently stamped and properly packed
4. After receipt and inspection we refund the full purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days via the same payment method

Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless we delivered a wrong or damaged product. In that case we arrange the return and it costs you nothing.

Wrong or damaged delivery

Received a wrong, incomplete or damaged parcel? E-mail support@loesie.love within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We will send the correct product free of charge or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Refunds are always made via the payment method of your original order, within 14 days after we receive your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as the refund has been processed.
